Bisoka Copilot FAQ

What is Bisoka Copilot?

Bisoka Copilot is a supervised dispatcher workflow inside Dispatch Stream. It helps compare and rank load leads, prepare broker outreach drafts, organize tracked replies, and support later document and load-entry workflows. Dispatch Stream remains the system of record.

Does Bisoka send broker emails automatically?

No, not during the current beta scope. Bisoka can prepare drafts and organize eligible leads, but outbound broker communication remains a reviewed, user-approved action unless Dispatch Stream later introduces and discloses a different automation mode.

Does Bisoka read the whole mailbox?

Connected email providers may grant the mailbox access needed for the enabled workflow, but Dispatch Stream product workflows are designed to process the tracked dispatch conversations, selected messages, routing data, and uploaded documents needed to provide the feature you choose.

How is Bisoka billed?

Bisoka Copilot is billed as a recurring company add-on on an eligible Dispatch Stream subscription. Enabling it mid-cycle may create an immediate prorated charge. Canceling the add-on generally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period rather than canceling the base plan immediately.

Does canceling Bisoka cancel the whole Dispatch Stream subscription?

No. Canceling the recurring Copilot add-on removes that add-on at renewal. Your base Dispatch Stream plan remains active unless you separately cancel or downgrade the base subscription.

Where should I look for the details?

Use the Terms of Service for product boundaries and disclaimers, the Subscription & Billing Terms for recurring add-on billing behavior, and the Privacy Policy for connected email, AI, and document-processing disclosures.
